Small Double Bedroom in Headley Park

Hello!

I have a small double room available in my house in Headley Park.

The room is currently just furnished with a double bed, and some drawers however I don't plan to leave it that bear. If you have any furniture that will fit then you're welcome to use that or I can work with you to finish furnishing the rooms with what you need (extra storage/workspace/shelves/etc)

The rest of the house is well presented, and for shared spaces there's one bathroom, a lounge, a kitchen/dining area, garden, rear access etc.

There's a bus stop directly outside the house that will take you into town and space to store a bike in the garage. If you do have a car, there's no residents parking scheme to worry about and usually space a little way down the road.

Rent covers all bills including council tax and internet.

I work from home most days but head into the office a couple of times a week. I have two cats, Archie and Oscar with. They're incredibly chilled but obviously if you don't like cats you might want to give this one a miss.

Currently looking more for a short term lodger though there's no hard limits on timeframes one way or the other.
