Looking for 3 flatmates fr May-August

Hi, we currently have three available rooms to rent from May 2024 until August 2024. The house is an 8 bed however only 5 people currently live here. The house will have 3 boys and 2 girls. It’s located in Stoke Gifford, a 5 minute walk from Frenchay Campus UWE. There are three rooms available. The rent is £700 a month all bills included. We would preferably want a student age 18-25 however don’t have a preference on gender. There are 3 bathrooms all with showers, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. All rooms have double beds, desks, lots of storage and are fully furnished. There is a balcony with seating. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

The house is modern and kept clean. The first pictures attached are from the tenants from last year and the last videos and photos are recent photos of the rooms which are available.
