Nice room with single bed in house in Hotwells, Bristol. Near the harbour, easy access to countryside, 20 min walk into centre, or an easy bike or scooter ride along the waterside. Up the hill is Clifton village and University.

I am the live in landlord, I work in theatre music. I've owned this house for 25 years and brought up my son here. I currently live here with my nephew (23 yrs old) and a very gentle cat.

I would like to offer the room to a professional on a Monday-Thursday basis - would suit an academic/PhD working at the University or other.

There is a large living room, a kitchen which opens out into a small sunny private garden, with microwave and all the usual stuff.

Large bathroom with shower and bath.

Broadband. No parking - it is residents permit area.

The room is very simple and has a single bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanger and I can give you anything else you need.
