As you'll see, there are plenty of shops, cafes and pubs nearby and there is easy access to M32 about 5 mins drive away and to town centre by road with bus stop to town 1 minute walk away and bus stop from town directly opposite the cul de sac. You can walk into town in about 15 minutes and there is a local line train stop, Lawrence Hill Station, about 7 mins walk away which will take you one way to Bristol Temple Meads and the other way to Stapleton Road, Montpelier, Redland, Clifton and onwards to Avonmouth.

The kitchen is very functional with Bosch oven and halogen hob and there's a two drawer air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. as you'd expect. The bathroom is a walk in shower.

It's a very comfortable, quiet, happy and relaxed household sharing with two males, me the owner and one other long term lodger. It’s also well ordered, clean and tidy.

All bills are included but food is separate.
