I am looking for professional housemates (23 - 45ish) to join my lovely home.

Hello, I am Dima. I am easygoing, fun, considerate and tidy, and it would be great to have someone looking to socialise in the house a little. I do shift work including nights. I also usually stay at my girlfriend’s so I won’t be at home much. Because of this, I am not fussed if you are working from home.

I moved into the house at the end of last year and now am looking to rent out the two other bedrooms.

The double bedrooms available is on the first floor of the house. They are quite spacious so good for couples.

- Rent is £650 (not incl. bills) for a bedroom
- Couples are very welcomed but the price would be £850 (not incl. bills)
- Gas/Electricity: aprox £146
- WiFi: £26.50
- Council tax band C - £133
- Furnished house with 3 double bedrooms - at the moment only 1 bedroom is furnished but it's not an issue for me to furnish the other bedrooms (bed/wardrobe/storage units), 2 bathrooms (however only one shower), kitchen/diner, large living room, conservatory, front garden and a back garden with a large sitting area. Great place to chill out in the summer.
- The property is located in a quiet area in Speedwell, not that far from St George Park and Church Road.
- No issues with street parking
