Hi - I'm Sarah!
I have a semi-furnished room (incl. bed and chest of drawers) for rent just off Church Road near the Redchurch pub in St George/Redfield.
I am a Primary School Teacher and outside of that I'm pretty busy and sociable. I've always had friends come and live with me so SpareRoom is a new experience and I'm excited about the prospect of having someone new come and live with me!
Most of my time outside of teaching is spent singing (in a couple of different groups but I'm not too annoying with it at home...I normally wait until my housemates go out to let rip!) cycling (I LOVE my bike and some cheeky bike touring) socialising with friends, being active with some Crossfit style exercise classes, anything that gets me out into nature, surfing (badly) cooking delicious food and baking. I recently went roller skating and I feel like that could be my new summer fad! I occasionally have people over for dinners and gatherings but I would always check if it's OK with my housemate first. I may be away a bit in the summer with bike touring and performing at a few festivals.
I should probably have asked my friends to write this for me! Two of my previous housemates said I'm the best person they've lived with because I'm pretty laid back and great company!! It was a nice thing for them to say and I'm choosing to believe them!
Room is available from now but I'm away from 8th-12th April so it would make sense to move in thereafter.
