Hello, we have a room going in our home for 6months but permanently if it works out. We're looking for someone who wants to put their roots down in a calm communal home and really wants to look after the house and garden, we feel very lucky to live here :). We rent from a lovely private landlady who's supportive and is around if needed.

We are Georgia (33) work for a mental health charity running gardening courses. Calum (32) who works as a tree surgeon and xan 3.5 is a whippet cross and is everyone's best friend really and incredibly affectionate. She loves to sunbathe and sit on laps so this house is definitely for dog lovers! We share a mixture of hobbies of gardening, cooking, baking, growing veg and flowers, nature, climbing, motorbikes, hiking, sewing, drawing, cal is in a band and we get on really well so someone who will fit into our dynamic and can share the odd meal together or the pub. We also enjoy downtime on our own but very much welcome friends and or partners for dinner. We'd like someone who's out and about and works out of the house and generally helps keep the place clean and contributes to usual happy homely stuff. We are looking for someone kind, calm and laidback and able to communicate. It would be great to find a kindred spirit who wants to contribute to a fun and friendly home. It's a fairly quiet house we don't generally have parties here but definitely up for one now and again. We are looking for someone preferably vegetarian. We both work long days so it's important the house is very chill! The room is a very large double double, it will come unfurnished but comes with a log wood burner so very cosy for the winter. There is a shared dining room and kitchen and one bathroom. We have the usual utilities. Rent is 500pcm plus bills on top. The house is in redfield right by the cycle path and very close to the plough. DSS welcome. We can't have any more dogs, though potentially open to other creatures if compatible with xan (so sorry one of us is very allergic to cats! So cats are a nono).
