2. £745 per month: A slightly larger double bed room.
(Bills NOT included ~ max £65 per person in the winter)
📍 Location:
- Just a 6-minute walk from Senate House, making it ideal for UoB students.
- A mere 15-minute stroll to the city centre where there's ample bus connections to places across Bristol
📅 Tenancy Dates: July 3 2024 - June 27 2025
We are a friendly group and enjoy spending time together in the evenings to wind down. We are very clean and respectful of communal spaces.
