I live here with my 21 year old son. I work full -time and my son works part-time.

Ideally I am looking for someone who doesn’t work from home and no big cooks please.

It’s a clean, quiet and chilled out household. Come and go as you please as we are all do our own thing. There is a garden but it’s being worked on.

The room is a double room, triple wardrobe, a chest of drawers, lamp, bedding/duvet and a desk and chair. Also there is a washing machine and clothes can be dried outside.

No visitors as a family home.
Small request no pork in the home please. You can smoke outside if you wish.
