I'm looking for a lovely lodger to join me and my ragdoll kitten Evie in our home✨️

The terraced house is built in a converted brick warehouse block, with very high ceilings and beautiful original windows. It includes:
- Modern living room
- Kitchen
- 1 bathroom
- 2.5 bedrooms
- small courtyard
- 1 gated parking space (additional £30/month) or on street parking
- 5mins walk from St George's park
- great transport links (very close bus stops and 5min drive from train station)
- various local cafes, shops, allotments, cycle paths etc nearby

I purchased this home 6 months ago and have been slowly doing up the place, focusing on the living room & spare room so far, with more improvements on the way👷‍♀️

I'm looking for someone who:
- is very clean & tidy, treating the home and its contents with care
- has experience housesharing
- is a cat lover (Evie will want cuddles!)
- working professional, ideally office based full time
- doesn't have too many belongings (storage is very limited)
- veggie/vegan prefered
- age range 25-33
- chilled, friendly vibes ✌️

The room is £725/month (including bills), and come fully furnished, with brand new double bed, mattress and wardrobe.

Flexible on the start date - I'm more interested in finding the right person 😊
