Double Rooms available in lovely 4 bedroom house.

Hi there, we are two 30 something friendly professionals called Andrew and Rich. Two of our current housemates are sadly leaving us so we are looking for two new housemates to take up their rooms. The rooms themselves are comprised of one large double room on the 1st floor. The second room is an attic room. The house itself is light and airy, great sized kitchen, living room and dining room. It is close to Gloucester Road. Bills come to under £200 a month and include a fortnightly cleaner. I (Andrew) work from home for a software company and Rich works for a call centre in town which means we keep fairly regular hours. Both enjoy the regular things, good music, good food and the occasional drink, nothing too crazy. We lead our own lives and respect each others space but also socialise when we can.
