Double room to rent in homely flat from AUGUST

Hi! My housemate is going travelling from August so I'm looking for a new human to live with in our ground floor flat on long cross. We have a cat so it's important the new person is down for regular chilled nights on the sofa and shared overnight cuddling duties. Far from crazy cat people but she's a rescue and her welfare is important so you need to be on board with her being part of your new family!

The flat is homely, generally cook together, share chores and keep the flat lived in levels of clean & tidy. The bedroom pictured is fully furnished, I intend to remove the desk and replace with a chest of draws. Shared bathroom, large shared lounge with all the usual streaming services, large open kitchen with breakfast bar. Driveway that parks three cars and plenty of off street parking available. Large garden with BBQ which is great for summer parties. One upstairs neighbour who we're friendly with.

I'm super social, love cooking for people, hosting dinners, drinking wine & tend to have busy weekends whether it's away or activities in Bristol. I WFH mostly at the moment and gym most days. Hike at weekends & lots of festivals through the summer. The flat is described as a home from home by lots of people and I'm keen to retain the dynamic where people always feel welcome (my friends and yours!)
