A bright double room on the first floor of a comfortable, three-storey house in Horfield with private garden and all mod cons for a mature, independent and easy-going person. Use of the large well-equipped kitchen and garden. Share bathroom with one other person. Quiet and hard-working household, consisting of myself and my husband and one other Monday to Friday lodger. We have two young tabby cats.

Our ideal tenant is a mature person working in Bristol during the week but with a home and family elsewhere. The house is quiet and peaceful: we all rise early for work and tend to go to bed by 10.30 pm, so definitely not a party house. We are looking for someone else who works hard during the week and appreciates a peaceful and secure environment. There is fast broadband, plenty of off-street parking, a garage for bikes and easy access to Airbus, Rolls Royce, MoD, Southmead Hospital, UWE, M4 and M5 and several bus routes into central Bristol. All bills are included.
