Our lovely home is in Coombe Dingle, a quiet wooded area near Westbury on Trym, (North West Bristol) postcode BS9.

We are a relaxed, professional couple who enjoy live music, socialising with friends and walking.

Females only and short lets of longer than a month considered. The rooms are single occupancy only.

As the rooms are only let on a Monday to Friday basis, they may not be suitable for a full-time student

The double bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Rent is £100 per week including all bills.

The single bedroom has single bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Rent is £90 per week including all bills.

High-speed (100Mbps) wireless broadband internet is also included in the above.

The bathroom is usually shared with only one other housemate or when we have visitors, which is rare (we have an en-suite bathroom so do not use the main bathroom). There is a shared kitchen/dining area/sitting area, utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet.

There is easy and close access to the M5 motorway and it is ideally located for commuting to Cribbs Causeway, Southmead Hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD and Aztec West; it is also only a short drive or bus ride to the city centre. There is one parking space available on our drive and easy on-street parking adjacent.
