1 bedroom available in 4-bed house share just off Ashley Hill near the allotments. We are looking to get a new housemate in on July 1st.

The room is a large double and is unfurnished, except for double bed. There is space for a desk and wardrobe and units etc. The room is on the ground floor and opens onto the back garden.

The property is on two floors. Downstairs has the advertised room, 2 other bedrooms, and the bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs has the large living room, the kitchen (washer/dryer, electric oven, gas hob, and the other essentials), and a bedroom. A large back garden is shared with the flat above us.

We’re only a few minutes walk from St. Andrews Park and Montpellier train station, as well as an easy walk to Gloucester Road and city centre.

Rent = £400 pcm.
All bills = £95 a month.
Total = £495 pcm.

Deposit is one month's rent. We deal directly with the landlords, who live locally and who are generally decent, so there's no agency fees to pay.

The three of us live quite separate existences though we do get on well. We do our best to keep the place tidy. We’re looking for a 4th housemate who is quiet and respectful of other’s space, so it’s not the right house for those who like to entertain guests regularly or host parties.

Our interests include music, film, science & tech and politics among other things.

No pets unfortunately. No couples - a partner staying every now and again is fine, but not long term. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
