Great double room with use of main bathroom pretty much to yourself in a new build house in Cheswick, near UWE, the MoD, Hewlett Packard and Airbus.

I am a young professional looking for a lodger. Will consider a Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday let.

There are great transport links from the main cycle route to town, a 15 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood, a 25 minute walk to Bristol Parkway, 5 minute walk to UWE bus interchange connecting you to Bristol. Also the M32/M4/M5 are within a 5 minute drive.

Local shops include Co-operative (5 minute walk), Asda, Sainsbury’s and the Abbey Wood Retail Park (Nando's, Bella Italia, Subway, Costa and Frankie & Benny's) all within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

This is a large 3 bedroom house with a lounge, kitchen/diner and spare bedroom. The room for let has a double bed and bedside table, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and TV point. Parking is freely available.

There is a tidy garden with a shed to store bikes.

Rent includes broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime, gas/elec, water, tv licence, excludes council tax@£35/month (Students are exempt from council tax.)
