Owing to our daughter heading off to University in London we have an ensuite room available in our quiet family home. You'll be sharing with myself, my husband and two small friendly dogs.

The large double sized room has a double bed (single occupancy only) TV, tea/coffee making facilities. No overnight guests as this is a family home.

THe room features, in addition to the double bed,

- Desk
- Kettle & cups
- very large mirror doored wardrobe in the entrance to the large room.

You will also have a bath/shower room/toilet that is not used by the landlords semi exclusive for your use. It is not ensuite but just across the landing.

You can also use the fully equipped kitchen (though we do ask that you don't cook in the middle / late evenings to avoid disturbance.

There is internet access and off street parking.

The location is in a quiet village with bus connections to the city centre. other parts of Bristol and access to the M32. UWE (Frenchay and Blackberry Hill campuses), MOD and HP are all nearby and it is easy to get to BAE Systems.

The only restrictions are no smoking and no overnight guests.
