This is not your average houseshare. The house and rooms are high quality, have a very homely feel and are well maintained in a convenient location with great friendly, welcoming, TIDY housemates (all but 1 aged 22 - 28) who keep the communal areas tidy.

Professional, working people and post grads welcome - minimum age 22, no pets and no smoking inside house. Sorry no couples.

Only one double room at £610 per month (can be made available from 22 January 2024), remember this includes bills, plus free high speed wireless broadband and weekly cleaning of communal areas. CT band B.
