We have a great, double bedroom to rent in a beautiful mid terraced house for professionals on Brighton Park just 20 minutes’ walk from the centre. All rooms have double bed (single in the single room), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp. Black out curtains are also provided. This room has just been redecorated and all new furniture put in.

The new kitchen/diner offers dining space for 6 a huge new fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer, a dishwasher and flat screen TV. All bills are inclusive (gas/elec/water/council tax/super high speed limitless WiFi).

One main bathroom with large walk in shower and an additional downstairs W/C so no queues in the morning! :)

There is a good sized garden at the back with a picnic bench for 6. Great for summer BBQ’s! There is also a lockable bike shed at the back.

Recently upgraded central Heating System and double glazing throughout means there is absolutely no chance of getting cold in this place!

Cleaner once every two weeks for the communal areas (included in the rent). Please note this house will suit those that enjoy a clean and tidy environment.

Great access to Bristol City Centre, 20 minute walk or 10 min bus ride. We are also right next to the Bristol to Bath cycle track -10 min cycle ride to the centre.
