Cosy room with double bed in family house in Bishopston. The room is double glazed, warm and bright, and on the first floor overlooking the garden. Shared bathroom (with shower cubicle and roll-top bath), open-plan kitchen/dining room, utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and sunny south-facing garden. Free parking on road. £500pcm including utility bills & WiFi. You will be liable for your share of council tax (£87 per month) unless you are a full-time student.

The house is situated in a quiet street, just off the lively Gloucester Road with its many cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs, library, and a few minutes walk to lovely St Andrews Park. You can catch a bus or walk into the City Centre. Easy access to Bristol University, UWE, Clifton, Harbourside, Temple Meads Railway Station, Filton, Southmead, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: this is not a house share full of young people. It is just me and my daughter (who will be away at university in term-time), along with our friendly dog (who stays downstairs). A perfect place if you want a peaceful room in a quiet house, with everything you need on your doorstep.
