This is a friendly detached house - sharing with other young professionals. Everyone is very respectful.

All the bills are included. It is very close to the Bristol - Bath cycle path. The closest bus stop is Royate Hill, going into the town centre.

It's very green around here - surrounded by parks and allotments.

There are two shared bathrooms (one for every two people) and a third toilet.

The whole house was refurbished not long go. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms.
