We have a good size room to rent in St George, Bristol.

The room is smart and light overlooking the front garden. There is an adjacent bathroom/shower/toilet which is shared with another lodger for 3 nights but would be yours to use after that, as ours is upstairs in the house. Quiet street with good pubs 10 mins walk. Corner shops 5 min walk. St George Park 10 min walk. Several bus routes (5) to city centre take about 20 mins, and the Bristol Bicycle path is 5 minutes away if you have a bike. You will be able to store your bike in our back garden.

Very good environment for study if you are on a course. Inc wi-fi, share of well equipped kitchen (with lounge area) and bathroom. There is terrestrial TV if you want it. Rear garden to park a bike. All bills included except your own mobile phone bill. We can provide bedding. There is a comfortable double bed and a capacious wardrobe.

We are a semi retired Professional couple (tutor and social worker), non smokers, and no pets. Veggie's welcome, but we are omnivorous! Gay Friendly. Fairly "liberal" and laid back. Light drinkers, and we would not expect drugs in the house. We aren't usually late night revelers either, but we like to socialise. We have a sitting room that we reserve for ourselves but we enjoy socialising in the shared kitchen area, where we also cook and eat. Washing machine, microwave and gas hob and oven in kitchen area. Central heating.

We'd like Professional tenants. Not DSS.

Street parking available.

£480 pcm one month in advance, and one month deposit. We can discuss shorter periods.
