1 Small single bedroom to rent in residence of Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

Quiet area with off-street parking and nearby major bus routes between Bristol city centre and Cribbs Causeway. Bristol Parkway also a 10-minute walk away from house. Good links with the city and close to UWE.

The room is available on a rolling contract and furnished with single bed, bedside cabinet, small chest of drawers, desk and a built-in wardrobe. All bills included (water, electricity, gas, TV license, wifi).

You'll have access to the communal areas of the home - living room, kitchen, extension, garden and two bathrooms. Ideally, we're looking for a professional to live with three other like-minded professionals, but willing to accept students (ages 20-30). Housemates do smoke but only in the garden.

Deposit is two week's rent. Rent to be paid weekly or monthly. BACS only.

Do not allow kids or parties. Not looking for pets either.
