Lovely double room available near St Georges Park

A lovely double bedroom is available in a house in the heart of St George. The room is large, light and airy and comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobes and shelving unit. The house is a 5 minute walk from the shops and cafes of Church Road. St Marks Road in Easton is a 15 minute walk away. The transport links are excellent, with regular buses into the city centre from Church Road and Whitehall Road. Lawrence Hill and Stapleton Road Stations are both a 15 minute walk away, with regular trains to Temple Meads and Clifton Down. Best of all, the glorious St Georges Park is literally at the end of the road.

You will be sharing with me - I am in my 30s and work full time in central Bristol. I am looking to share with a female of a similar age who works regular full time hours (sorry no students/shift work). I love the house and like to live in a peaceful, clean and tidy environment and would like to share with someone who is equally clean, tidy and with a similar outlook.

As for bills and rent – the rent is £425 pcm and this includes Council Tax, water and internet. Gas and electricity are not included and are additional to the rent, as they are quarterly and the cost is variable. The deposit is £400.
