Hi!
We are a group of 4 postgrads looking for a 5th housemate to fill a room in our house. We are looking for a student only (to avoid paying Council Tax). We are all friendly, quite busy but enjoy spending time together.
The house is located 5 min from Bristol Uni, the bus station and shops. It has in total 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. There is also a nice garden.
The room itself is cosy, furnished with a double bed, and overlooking the garden.
The bills are not included but add up to about 40£ a month, including water, gas, electricity and wifi.
Please note that after 30 June, the contract can be renewed for another year.
