Friendly single lodger required for large double room in Hotwells/Clifton.

• Courtyard garden (with seating) and additional large garden

You would be sharing with myself, who is 38 and a professional (School Teacher) and my small friendly dog; Jack aged 9. We are both sociable, good fun and clean. I am usually out of the house for work between 8am-4pm.

Rent includes: room, council tax, water, energy (Gas & Electricity) and broadband.

We are looking for someone who is a single professional, sociable, clean and dog friendly.

As the room is very large and has double size bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelving. The room will be empty of my personal things when moving in.

Basement flat is located in BS84LY, less than 3 minutes walk from Clifton Village and Clifton Suspension Bridge (where you will find a Tesco Metro, Co-Op, restaurants, bars, ATM’s and shopping), flat is also only under 15mins walk to Bristol City Centre (fountains), 1 minute from the Cumberland Basin and only 1 minute from the local Spar shop which is open from 7am-10pm.

You can get a several buses into the centre and the bus station only 1 minute away, these run most of the day.

Flat is opposite a primary school so noise levels are low. Off road parking is available with a permit 24/7, otherwise time limited parking is between 9am-7pm.

Further locations of interest by car, local to address are: Ashton Gate Stadium (5 minutes), Texaco garage (1 minute), ASDA Bedminster (10 minutes), Temple Meads (15 minutes) and Bristol Airport (20 minutes).
