Room in world's greatest flat available

Hello!

We are Laura and Orla. Our other housemate Ina has decided to move in with her fella, so we're on the lookout for a new pal to enjoy our home with us.

We are a pretty chilled household and really enjoy nattering away, watching lots of telly and films, and cooking for each other - we are both meat eaters but obviously don't mind if you're a veggie.

We're into all sorts:
Orla loves fancy butter, Dolly Parton, boxing, weightlifting, fry ups, chicken thighs, crime dramas, singing Shania Twain over and over again and seeing her family.
Laura loves all butter, true crime, scoffing late night (and early afternoon) Slix, horror films, fetes, tombolas, BINGO, wine and only drinking half a cup of tea.

Now to the bit about you:

First of all obviously we want someone who is clean and tidy (we don't care about the state of your room but we're not into leaving the washing up over days). We'd also really like you to be involved with our weekly team building exercise of taking out the recycling. We'd like someone who wants to watch the telly with us and hang out in the evenings. Someone who is kind and fun is wanted, but Laura is getting really old now (34... she eats her pensioner's dinner at 6pm) so this ain't really a party house anymore, although we still want to go to parties. Are you tired and old like us (Laura)? We wanna hear from you.

The house:

This house is awesome. The bus station is 3 minutes away, the town centre is basically a 5 minute walk, our local is The Bell or if you go up the hill we've got The Hillgrove, Kingsdown Vaults and The Hare on the Hill too. It's a really super central location (King Square) and our flat is spread over two floors. We have a good sized lounge and dining area and separate kitchen. The advertised room is off of the lounge, it is big and has fitted wardrobes but is otherwise unfurnished. Upstairs is where the other two bedrooms and bathroom is. No garden but we do look over King Square which can be beautiful and mental at times.

Rent is £400 not inc bills. Bills are coming in at around just over £100pm but we don't pay water every month so sometimes it'll be higher when that bill comes in.

Room is available from 1st Aug.
