Short Term spacious single room

This room is offered for one month only until 26th September.

Recently redecorated and with new furniture and mattress, this is a quite spacious room with single bed. The bathroom will be share with the rest of the occupants, and there's a small toilet by the kitchen, downstairs. The house is located 100 metres away from Victoria Park, 20 minutes walking to Bristol city centre, 8 minutes walking distance to ASDA supermarket and 15 minutes walking distance to Temple Meads train station. There are bus stops nearby for buses to city centre, Temple Meads and Bristol Coach Station.

We are a family with two young kids. We're are both professionals and we enjoy making the most of our free time outdoors, specially during the summer. Our daily life routine tends to be focus on the children, with games, bath time, school runs, etc, so it's important for the potential mate to understand this and respect the schedules, specially at night. Apart from that we're very open, friendly and easy going.

The letting is bills and broadband included, it also includes cleaning of comunal areas. You are very welcome to use the kitchen and will have your own space to keep all your food and stuff. Bed linen and a set of towels can be included in the price if needed. There's plenty of free parking space on the street.
