ASAP!! Double room just off the triangle

Double room available just off the triangle opposite Brandon Hill. My current flatmate is moving back to London so looking to find someone!

The flat is on two levels, the room is on the top floor. It is a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath. There is pretty nice garden, great for the summer!
Its a 5 min walk to the triangle and bristol uni, 10 to Clifton village and the harbourside's pretty close too.

I am not sure what else to say about the room! If you have any questions just ask!

I am 26 years old working in engineering love sports and wine, gin the usual really! I have been in bristol about a year. Im looking for someone who's social and happy to watch TV or go out sometimes!

Ideally looking for someone for the end of Feb 28th.

So bills come to about £125 depending on the season etc. so the total would be approx £650 ppm However, it has been under that for the past 6 months averaging £620

The deposit is 6 weeks rent so about £700. There is no agency fees, there is a £30 fee to change the contract and you need a reference from a previous landlord and proof that you can pay the rent (payslip or letter)
