Large Ground floor Double Room (kingsize bed) initially on a 3 month short term let from 1 August – 31st October 2017 in a great, friendly houseshare on lovely tree lined street in Eastville. At the end of the initial let, there may be the opportunity to extend.

The room is suitable for a male professional or post grad student. The room is fully furnished & the rent is £290 per calendar month.

The house is in a great location, the road is very friendly with a great community feel. The house is very close to Eastville Park which has bus stops by it to UWE & central Bristol. The Eastgate shopping centre for IKEA, Tesco, Pizza Hut etc is a couple of minutes walk away & it is also a short walk to Stapleton Road with its great transport links & Easton with its vibrant pubs, shops & restaurants.

There is a shared lounge, with large flat screen TV & Virgin TV (Big Kahuna with lots of channels) included, a shared kitchen for everyones use. There’s also a washing machine. The bathroom is large with a bath & overhead shower.

The house has a new boiler & the heating is excellent & efficient. There is a simple & quick cleaning rota to keep the house clean & tidy. The house share is with 4 other professional males. All friendly but into their careers.

The house has a full fire alarm system. There is also a big back garden with secure bike hut. We also have a regular gardener in the summer.

There is on-street parking & the street is not permit parking

THE LANDLORD PAYS: Council Tax, TV licence, Virgin broadband, which is on the Big Kahuna package (with fast 200mb super fibre optic broadband) and Cable TV (Virgin's Big Kahuna package with lots of channels).
You will just need to pay your share of the gas, water rates and electricity bills for your Contract term.

We are looking for someone to move in from 1 August and the Tenancy will initially run from the move in date on a short term Contract until 31 October 2017. At the end of this period there may be the opportunity to extend. All Contracts are individual at the house.
