Double bedroom in Fishponds close to amenities

I have a room to let for £550pcm including bills (gas, elec, council tax, broadband, tv licence).

My two-bed house is close to the local amenities of Fishponds and Staple Hill. I have a light, spacious, furnished double room (double divan bed, fitted wardrobes and a desk) to let. I also have a garage too, in case you need somewhere secure to store your bike.

The house is situated on the high street, and a minute's walk from the bus stop (17, 48, 49) - about 20-30 mins bus journey into the centre of Bristol or to Gloucester Road. I'm also not too far from M32, M4 and M5 and a couple of minutes to the Bristol/Bath cycle path so, great if you work in or out of Bristol (about 20 mins cycle to the centre). There's plenty of street parking, and supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, butchers, grocers, hairdressers/barbers, gym, etc, within a 5-10 minute walk too.

I'm offering a seven-day let, but also happy to consider Monday-Friday lets too.

As for me, I work standard office hours in central Bristol. I'm clean and tidy, chilled out, and happy to share my home with most so long as you respect it! I'm happy to share my space with someone and chat over a glass of wine/gin/beer or a cuppa, watching some netflix doc or similar, but equally respectful of needing time to yourself. I Lindy hop (badly), love eating out (almost too much), heading to the pub, or exploring new places.

I don't have pets myself but would welcome someone with a dog, so long as they're fully house-trained (sorry, no cats due to allergies).
