Available from the 9th Sept, one furnished double bedroom in a shared (3 bed) furnished house in central Bristol (BS2). The house is located in Stokes Croft, 15 minutes walk from the Clifton Triangle and less than 10 minutes walk from Broadmead/Cabot Circus shopping centre. A wide variety of range of bars, restaurants and local shops can be found in close proximity.

The house itself is a two-storey end terrace in immaculate, newly refurbished condition with the available bedroom situated on the ground floor. The property also includes two full bathrooms each with shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, sitting room and dining area with French windows opening onto a paved rear garden.

We are Dan and Romain, friendly Mancunian and French professionals (post-doctoral researcher and PhD student) working 9-5, Mon-Fri jobs at the university. We do socialise together and have friends around occasionally, but respect each other's privacy. It's a shared house, so just as much yours as ours, so have friends around, partners, etc.

The room is available on a rolling contract, with rent totalling £470 a month, plus bills (roughly £25 per person per month). The £500 deposit is put on a secured “Tenancy Deposit Scheme” and is reimbursed at the end of the stay. Our ideal housemate is a male or female working professional or postgraduate student aged ~25-30. Sorry no smokers or pets allowed.
