Looking for people that want a long term home.

HI All.
Our deceptively big town house is spread over 3 floor with 5 double bedrooms, three shared "play areas" a garden and workshop, is modern, comfortable and well maintained, its very warm in winter and in safe convenient location to all the good things that Bristol offers.
The room is a biggish double, loads of style and character. including comfy memory foam mattress and the morning sun. also an open fireplace for ventilation, everyone has stayed said its a lovely room.
Ideally Id like a happy chatty helpful person who wants a home. I love diversity, especially if they are the sort that will get on and do a job around the house if it needs doing, are financially stable and sane!
Im 60, pretty high up the gay spectrum and run a young small team of decorators, I love life and all it brings!
Currently a lovely young local couple (23) A single girl (27) and I live here. We all get on great and have had a lot of fun together during lock down, we all share all the work and often eat together and respect each other and our differences.
The house looks small but its big! We have 3 separate social areas so plenty of space.
Smoking is allowed if people respect each others wishes.
