Big room available near Clifton Down

Hello,

Our flatmate is moving out of our 3 bedroom, top floor flat near to Clifton Down, so we are looking for a new housemate to share with.

The room is available from Monday 2nd July.

The room is really big, with enough room for a desk, TV, sofa, wardrobe and double bed (comfortably!). It is unfurnished but with the option to take some furniture from our current flatmate, including sofa/footrest, shelf/drawer unit, desk, office chair, wardrobe, clothes rail and double bed, for a small price. Basically everything you would need if you don't have any furniture.

The flat is really huge and well kept. The kitchen/living room has plenty of space and we have a TV and sofas in there. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, 1 with a bath and 1 with a shower.

The rent is £450 each plus bills, which usually come to around £120 a month each, so approx. £570 all in. The deposit is £650.

We are two guys, Owain aged 30 and Cal, aged 29. I work from home as a web developer. Since I spend most of my day at home I tend to be out most evenings. Cal works at the Hospital and is from London so visits home quite often.
