Large double bedroom available for couple

We our looking for a friendly couple with similar interests to share our home. I am a teacher and my boyfriend is an engineer. We enjoy the outdoors and are often surfing, climbing or cycling at the weekends or working on the house.

The room available is a large double room with plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes. Any further furniture is available but flexible to peoples needs/wishes. It is a sunny room that gets the sun most of the day.

Our house consists of an open plan living room and dining room with views over the garden with veg patch. The kitchen is plenty big enough for four people and as well looks over the garden. Upstairs there are the bedrooms and bathroom. The toilet is separate which is good for the morning and evening rush.

We have been in the house for less than six months so we are still doing some work (for instance we haven't decided on the dining room curtains yet!). Saying that the house is perfectly comfortable to live in.

Our house is located close to Stoke park estate which is great for walks or running. It is a 10 min walk into St Werburghs and a 15/20 cycle into town. It is also well connected by bus into town and further afield.

The room is available from mid November but there is some flexibility. If you are interested drop us a message about yourselves.
