The room faces my neighbours huge gardens (we are on the 1st and second floors) so it's quiet considering we are 5 minutes from Cabot & 2 minutes from Stokes Croft.
The spare bedroom, & dining-room /kitchen directly below, are south facing so are light and warm.
There is wifi, washing machine, dishwasher.
Parking is on-street. I can provide daily parking permits whilst an annual one is processed.
There are two bathrooms (we have an ensuite).
