Hey folks - I am away in South America for a few months so my room in Bristol is available for rent for 4 months.

It is a large room with tall windows which makes it super bright and cheerful. Comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, widescreen TV and space for a bike mounted on a wall rack.

The flat is a large 6 room/2 bed ground floor period flat, with a large lounge and dining room with a glorious log burner. The kitchen is large and well stocked with oven, microwave, 4 hob gas burner, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is also very big with a fantastic shower and bath.

It is opposite St Andrew’s Park, just behind Gloucester Road - well connected to bars, restaurants and independent shops on Gloucester Road without feeling like you’re in the thick of the city. There is plenty of parking on the street outside with no need for permits.

You’ll be sharing with my friend Rob who is also the owner of the house.

No students, smokers or pets allowed, sorry. Couples are considered but rent/bills are increased accordingly.
