We have two rooms available in our home. We are looking for a single occupier to rent both rooms for £400 PCM excluding bills.

The master bedroom is large, also included in the price is sole use of the second spacious upstairs bedroom, either can be converted into a personal lounge/living area. The rooms are furnished with a double bed and storage.

The house has been completely redecorated to a high standard. Upstairs there is one additional spare bedroom which will not be rented out, as well as a large bathroom. You will have privacy of the upstairs to yourselves, as our bedroom is in the downstairs extension (we will share the bathroom). This gives a unique offer of a personal living space and bedroom in a shared home.

Downstairs you will have access to a kitchen with dishwasher, dryer, huge fridge/freezer, as well as the front garden.

There is plenty of free on street parking, and easy access to Parson street station and the number 75 bus into town. Plenty of local amenities.

We are a social, active and easy going couple. Our young Belgian Malinois dog Keiko shares our home, and is restricted to downstairs - anyone moving in needs to be laid back and happy with living with a 4 legged housemate! I work from home so we are looking for someone who will be out of the house during working hours (approx 9-5) mon-fri.

Will also consider a mon-fri let with variation in price.
