This is a gorgeous house. There are 2 large reception rooms; nice modern kitchen and bathroom; basement with plenty of storage space and a lovely long garden with veggie patch and bomb shelter..! The available room is a large, unfurnished double with radiator and large double glazed window. £365 pcm. Available 01/07/19.

The house is right next to the Bristol to Bath bike path, and getting to town takes about 10-15 mins by bike. There's plenty of free parking on the street and one space on the driveway. Just down the road from Rajani's for all the tat you could possibly need.

This is a 3 bedroom house, the other housemates are a 35/o engineer working in aviation and a 31y/o carpenter and gardener. Both are sociable, enjoy good food and good beer, clean and tidy. There's a local cat who sometimes makes an appearance so someone who isn’t highly allergic/cat-phobic would be preferable. Our landlord will accept a tenant with 1 cat (and there's a catflap) but no dogs, sorry.
