Lovely small double room in houseshare ST PAULS/MP

Hello!
I'm regrettably leaving my really nice house share because I'm moving down the road to an even cheaper room!

It's right on the border of St Pauls, Montpellier and St Werburghs and is approx. a 8 minute walk to stokes croft, 11 minutes if you're not on a mission.

It's a small double room at the back of the house, facing onto our enormous garden(looks less desolate in the summer obviously!).

There's plenty of storage space in the house (see my two clothes rails in the hall, and we have a seperate laundry room).

The kitchen and bathroom are lush and with all new appliances!

We've got the nicest private landlords ever, who don't live in Bristol but are always contactable and really care about the house without ever being over bearing. And you won't get ripped off with agency fees.

The girls are Maddie and Lottie and they are also really nice, I'm sad to be leaving them as housemates! We all work really hard but when we're in the house together we like eating cake and watching shite telly (First Dates is a big winner in ours). Maddie works in the music industry, Lottie works in finance.

Looking for someone to move in on the 5th March! But we can be slightly flexible with this date!
