Mid terrace 3 bed (2 doubles 1 single currently used as a study). Large kitchen/dinner and a good sized lounge. The house is mostly furnished plus washer and dryer. There is a driveway at the front for 2 cars and a good sized garden. Bills are usually around £100 PCM with wifi included.

We are located within short walking distance of Asda and the gallagher retail part with M&S food and plenty of other outlets for shopping. It's a 20 minute drive into Bristol central and 15-20 minute drive into Bath. Plenty of bus links and 5 minute drive to the train station. There are also some lovely nature walks in the area and local restaurants. The gym is walking distance and is 24hrs. Good link to the M4 via the ring road.

I'm Joe the current tennant, I have a small Jack Russell who is very friendly and loving. I work in Bath as a Paramedic, this includes shift work usually 12 hour shifts and night shifts. I like to cook and bake on my days off and go out for walks with the dog. I also enjoy binge watching a new series or having a movie day. I'm looking for someone(s) who likes to relax of an evening and hang out, also likes to keep things tidy within reason and likes dogs.
