Available at the start of May. Shared family bathroom. Would prefer mon-fri (or similar), but will consider 7 days a week (£450/mth) on a short term basis (max 1 month.) Off-road parking for one car/garage storage if you have a bike.) Single occupancy only. Walking distance to lovely little market town of Chipping Sodbury. Room does not adjoin either of the other 2 used bedrooms (mine or my 8yo sons.) Full use of house and garden. I have a modern, open plan kitchen/living room/diner, with a separatate lounge & wood burner downstairs. Also have a dog & cat.
