Parking for two cars (allowing for only one car with this rental agreement) The house has gas central heating for the colder months of the year.

Easy access to local shops, via main road or public foot path; all within 5-10 mins walk. Approx. 20 mins walk from the beach and large communal fields.

Access to mainline railway network via Yatton, a short drive or cycle ride from the house; allowing you to travel to Bristol, Exeter or even London. Good local transport via the local bus service, with bus stops around the corner on the main road.
