Double room in Clifton Village

We have a double room available from the 1st of March in our top floor flat in Clifton Village. We are in a great location being only a stones throw away from the suspension bridge.

The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and overlooks the street below, the room has recently received a new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. The flat comes with a shared kitchen, large living room and bathroom.

The rent is £325 per month, bills (including council tax and internet) are about £85 a month. A parking permit can be purchased from the council, there is a bus stop into the city centre and temple meads a minute's walk away, although the walk into the centre is nice and easy too.

The three of us remaining (me, Naomi and Charlotte) work in law, travel and accounts. We work the usual 9-5 Monday to Friday hours and will usually be found in front of the TV with a glass of wine and snack (possibly a takeaway) on weeknights.

Although we enjoy the odd drink (maybe one most nights after work) we are not party animals and are looking for someone who works similar standard hours to fit into our home.
