I have a double room available in my Clifton flat. The room is available as an entire rent (£550) or a Mon to Fri option (£450).
The flat has a large open plan living area and spacious kitchen. The bathroom is between the living area and two bedrooms (it is likely to be refitted in May, any disruption caused will mean reduced rent during this time).
The flat comes with its own off-street parking. The flat is behind Clifton down shopping centre, with the train to temple meads or bus into town. Alternatively you can walk which takes about 20mins to get to town.
I work as an engineer in town, tend to spend most of my time either out with friends, cycling or at the gym. But I do have my days when I lounge out.
Looking for someone easy to live with, ideally fairly independent and clean.
