My flatmate is moving out at the end of May, so I'm looking for a friendly, professional and reliable person to move in, with a view to starting a 12 month contract from 1st June.
This flat benefits from being in a great location - ten minutes walk from Whiteladies Road, with a good choice of shops, restaurants and pubs (The Coach and Horses gets my vote!). We are located directly opposite Clifton Downs (perfect if you're a jogger like me) and about 10 minutes walk from Clifton Down station. There's also a bus stop nearby with the No 8 service running regularly into town.
The flat is bright and well-maintained. Any problems are reported to Andrews which are always fixed very quickly. The lounge benefits from a large sliding door and a balcony with a view of the park. There's a nice bathroom with electric shower, and the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space.
The Room: Your room is a decent sized double room with plenty of space for a desk/cupboard/bed frame ( My flatmate may be prepared to sell some of his) and it also has a view of the shared lawn area.
About Me; I'm a friendly 42 year old working professional - I work in Bristol and have two days home working a week. I'm easy to get on with and love to keep fit. I'm often out running or at the Gym in the evening. Equally I'm happy to have a sit down with a decent meal and a film. I will respect your privacy if you're busy or just need time to yourself, but it would be a bonus to meet someone who is easy to chat to. (Please, no loud musicians!).
A couple of things..
We've only got two chairs in the lounge at the moment so if you have any extra chairs that would be great - I'm looking to get a dining table shortly.
The bills come to about £140 on top of the rent, but that covers gas/water/broadband and Council Tax.
Andrews will require £350 from the new tenant to cover references and a new contract.
