Lovely big double room in Clifton village

Hi, I am moving out of my lovely double room in our house in Clifton Village and am looking for someone to replace me.

My housemate is a friendly and easygoing 32 year old guy. He is a professional and works in Bristol. He has a beautiful German pointer called Bindi who lives here too. He is incredibly easy to live with and is a great cook! Plus I'm sure would be very happy to show you around the local boozers! He doesn't smoke.

The house is in an amazing location, down a little Mews off Portland Street. 2 minutes to the the Mall and shops and there is a Co-op and tesco less than 5 mins away. There are loads of great coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and great breakfast spots around here, we are really spoilt for choice.

Parking with a permit is available.

We have a little outside space which we use for hanging out washing and storage, very handy,

I'm moving out because I'm buying my own place but I've loved living here and know that whoever replaces me will do too!
