My flat mate's moving in with a boy, so I am looking for someone new to share this lovely 2 bed flat with. Available 01/11/19.

The Flat:

The flat comes fully furnished and is located on the top floor so you get some great views across Bristol.
The living room has got 2 comfy sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

The flat also comes with access to a huge communal garden – great for BBQ’s in the summer.

The Room:

The room available is the 1 pictured. It is a double room and comes with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and sink.

Location:

The flat is situated in Clifton. 5 minutes walk from Clifton village and a short walk from the harbourside and town centre (20 min walk).

Your Potential Flatmate:

I’m Jane, a 28 year old professional (work Mon – Fri). I like cooking, socialising and going out for drinks/ dinner. I’m quite active and enjoy playing netball and cycling.

You:

Looking for someone with similar interests to make the flat their home and not just be a room.

Logistical bits:

No couples, Smokers or pets
Rent is £475.00 per month plus bills which on average is about £130.00 per month (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Internet (Virgin) and TV Licence.)
The deposit is a month’s rent.
The room is available from 01/11/2019.
There is on street parking and we are in the Clifton Hotwells Residents Parking Zone.
