All bills included, with broadband, dishwasher, dryer. There is a good pressure power shower, bath and two toilets. We keep the flat clean and tidy. We have a great garden with barbecue and are starting to grow vegetables.
It is a short walk to the green grocers and local cafes, tesco and post office. East village cafe is 30 seconds away and about 5 doors down. Victoria square is right across the road.
Good size TV, netflix + sky player.
Flat mates are sociable mostly and we are friendly with a few of our neighbours too.
I’ve just had surgery so am away for 6 months. There is some flexibility to this.
Bedroom has desk, bed, wardrobe and extra storage / hanging space. Also please be willing to water my plants!!
