Your double room was recently decorated, along with a new ensuite bathroom and new carpets throughout the whole flat. The apartment is newly furnished with no expense spared on the quality of the beds, sofas, furniture and kitchen appliances. Luxurious bedding is also available to save you having to invest in this for the king-size bed.
The house is set back from the road, with off-street parking available if you drive a small car, with the possibility of a Clifton village residents parking permit for approximately £50/pa if your car is larger.
My girlfriend and I actually live in France, but bought the property to provide me with a calm and relaxing place to stay when working in the UK.
I am typically in the UK 2-3 nights per week and VERY rarely at weekend, so for the majority of the time and most weekends you will have the PLACE TO YOURSELF!
Every couple of months, my girlfriend and dog (a super friendly small munsterlander pointer) will come to visit and we will all be home for 1-2 weeks, but this is rare and they are both lovely!

You will have full access to all that the house has to offer and regularly have it all to yourself as I work away one or two nights a week and go away almost every other weekend.
The location of this flat really makes it special; There are numerous great places to eat and drink within 5-10 minutes walk, so will literally be spoilt for choice and don't really need a car. You can walk to Clifton Village (5 mins), Suspension Bridge (10 mins), Whiteladies Road (5 mins), Triangle/Park Street (5 mins), Broadmead (20 mins)..
The open plan living area is large and feels very spacious, with two sofas a flatscreen TV, virgin tv, netflix, super high speed broadband etc.
The kitchen is a great place to cook and bake, and well equipped with new appliances and includes an espresso coffee machine, full size dishwasher, washing machine and very efficient tumble drier.
There is a dining table in the lounge and the house really does lend itself to relaxed and enjoyable living.
It is really important for us to share with someone that we can trust and be relaxed in the company of when we are home together with, whilst respecting both our needs for privacy (which is easy in this a large flat).
It is also important that my girlfriend feels comfortable and safe during any periods when she is in the UK and I am looking after the dog in France, so for this reason whilst we will consider males our preference would be for a female flatmate.
We are both relaxed, open minded, calm, sociable and tidy and are looking for someone with an aligned outlook, that wants to settle in for an extended period.
Ideally i would like to share with someone who has similar interests - I love the outdoors and go trail running, cycling and mountain biking as often as I can, plus camping trips etc. I love cooking, baking, fine food, nice wine and entertaining.
Our main home is in the French Alps and with my girlfriend and dog being based there, I escape there at every opportunity! Anyone I trust to share this house with me, would be welcome to visit there too.
